Getting Started
Click Open to load a PDF file. The file opens in the viewer where you can navigate, zoom, search, and interact with it.
Navigation
- < / > — Previous / Next page
- Page input — Type a page number and press Enter to jump
- Thumbnails — Click a page thumbnail in the sidebar (visible when a PDF is open)
Viewing Modes
- Pointer — Select and copy text from the PDF
- Pan — Click and drag to scroll around the page. You can also hold Space in Pointer mode to temporarily pan
Zoom
- + / − — Zoom in / out
- Fit Width — Scale the page to fit the panel width
- Fit Page — Scale the entire page to fit the view (Ctrl+0)
- Marquee Zoom — Draw a rectangle to zoom into a specific area
Search
- Click the search icon or press Ctrl+F to open the search bar
- Type to search — matches highlight on the page in real time
- Use Enter / Shift+Enter to jump between matches
- Toggle Aa for case-sensitive search
Place as Image (ArchiCAD)
Select a DPI resolution and click Place as Image to insert the current page as a Picture element on the active Layout, Floor Plan, Section, Detail, or Worksheet in ArchiCAD.
Right-Click Menu
- Select region to copy — Draw a rectangle to copy part of the page as an image to clipboard
- Copy entire page — Copy the full page as an image to clipboard
